Don Wagner

Illinois based wildlife photographer/artist, Donald Wagner has been photographing professionally and pursuing wildlife for more than 20 years. Don\'s photographs have appeared in numerous publications including Field and Stream, North American Whitetail, Audubon and Deer & Deer Hunting Magazines.

I have been blessed to live in one of the greatest whitetailed deer state\'s in the country, with trophy deer being my specialty of choice. I choose to only photograph wild animals and I feel there is a great loss of credibility and integrity to the wildlife photography profession by the use of game farms and captive animals.

When not painting or photographing, another passion of mine is developing wildlife habitat on private lands. From improving existing cover to implementing wildlife food plots to even designing a trophy bass pond/lake.
